Graduate Management Trainee Programme
Our Graduate Management Trainee Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in life sciences recruitment and leadership advisory. Over a structured 12–18‑month pathway, trainees rotate through core business areas, receive advanced commercial and sector training, and work alongside senior consultants on live global assignments. You will learn how to identify C‑suite leaders, support complex talent projects, and engage with senior stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and consumer health. This programme provides a launchpad for future leadership roles within Walker Cole.
Management Development Programme
Walker Cole’s Management Development Programme prepares high‑performing consultants for leadership responsibilities across the business.
