Tech Transfer Project Manager

We are supporting a growing, CNS-focused pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Project Manager to lead key manufacturing and supply projects.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful technology transfer, CDMO alignment, and manufacturing readiness across a portfolio of marketed and pipeline products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer activities across internal teams and external manufacturing partners
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functionally across:
  • CMC
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality
  • Regulatory
• Manage CDMO relationships, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Support process scale-up and commercial manufacturing readiness
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks

Required Experience

• Proven track record delivering tech transfer projects in pharma/biotech
• Strong experience within CMC / Technical Operations
• Hands-on experience managing CDMOs
• Ability to operate effectively in lean, fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Background in CNS / specialty pharma
• Experience with small molecule products
• Exposure to commercial supply or late-stage products
